My background

I've been an IT project manager and fullstack developer for over 15 years, exclusively on the French Riviera (Antibes, Sophia Antipolis, Cannes, Mougins, Le Cannet). My hybrid background between project management and development allows me to understand both business stakes and technical constraints of a software project — a rare combination in the industry.

I founded ZAX to put this dual expertise at the service of entrepreneurs and companies who want to build SaaS platforms, custom business applications or MVPs, without the usual friction of large agencies. With ZAX, you talk directly with the person who codes, who leads, and who ships.

AI expertise since 2016

Long before the ChatGPT wave, I developed in 2016 at MDMatch a recommendation engine based on scikit-learn and Django, integrated with PrestaShop. This early AI experience now allows me to help clients intelligently integrate GPT, Claude and custom AI agents into their applications, avoiding common pitfalls (poorly estimated API costs, hallucinations in production, prompt security).

A strong local anchoring

Based in Antibes, I know the French Riviera tech ecosystem inside out. I've worked at SKEMA Business School (Sophia Antipolis), ESI (Le Cannet), Axis (Mougins) and with dozens of local SMEs as a freelancer. For my regional clients, this also means the option of in-person meetings in Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco or Sophia Antipolis — a comfort no offshore agency can offer.

For my international clients, I work remotely in French, English or Spanish, with the same methodological rigor applied at SKEMA or ESI.
