These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tarot Journal mobile application, published as Tarot: Scan Cards & Journal ("the App"), provided by Play3rs ("we", "us").
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App, subject to these Terms and the terms of service of the app store you downloaded it from.
Tarot is offered here as a tool for reflection and entertainment. Card meanings and readings do not predict the future and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not make an important decision on the basis of a reading. If you are in distress, contact someone you trust or a local helpline.
All spreads, the classic meaning of each card, entering your own cards by hand, the journal with its notes, the card reference, the daily reminder, backups and exports can be used without payment and may show ads. A few in-depth AI readings are offered when you install the App and one more may be offered each day, with no payment details and no trial to cancel.
One reading is one text asked from our server for a spread. Recognizing the cards in a photo of your spread counts as one reading, and the in-depth reading of those cards is then included. A reading is counted only when it is delivered: a refused question, a network failure, a server error or a photo in which no card is recognized is not counted. Each reading allows up to three follow-up questions. Our server limits the number of requests a device can make in a day. Card recognition from a photo can be wrong: check the proposed cards before reading.
Top-ups (10, 40 or 120 readings) are one-time purchases; their readings do not expire. Subscriptions (weekly or monthly) give a number of readings per day, shown in the App before you confirm, the full journal statistics and all card backs and reading mats, and remove ads; readings not used in a day do not carry over to the next day. The weekly subscription may start with a free trial of 3 days for new subscribers; unless cancelled before the end of the trial, it renews at the price shown. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that gives a number of readings per day, shown in the App, with the same features, and removes ads; it is not unlimited. Ad removal is a one-time payment that removes ads and includes no reading. Prices are shown in the App by Google Play before you confirm. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Purchases made in earlier versions of the App stay honoured.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You must not send a photo of another person without their agreement. We may refuse a request and limit access in case of abuse.
In-depth readings are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You can report a reading from its screen.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play3rs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
