These Terms of Use govern your use of the Passport Photo mobile application ("the App") provided by Play3rs ("we", "us").
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the terms of service of the app store you downloaded it from.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Any content you create with the App is your responsibility.
The App can be downloaded and used to preview photos without payment; the version without a purchase shows ads outside the photo screens. Exporting files requires a purchase: a single photo export (one-time purchase that unlocks the single file and print sheet for one photo; the credit is used only once an export succeeds) or Lifetime Pro (one-time purchase: unlimited exports, no ads). Prices are shown in the App and in Google Play before you confirm. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.
The weekly subscription is no longer offered. If you already subscribe, it keeps working until you cancel it in your Google Play subscription settings. Purchases made earlier ("Pro" / "Remove ads") stay active permanently.
The App is an independent tool and is not affiliated with any government or issuing authority. Sizes, guides and checks are indicative. Where the App shows an official source and date, rules may have changed since. The issuing authority alone decides whether a photo is accepted: always check its current requirements before you submit.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that a photo made with it will be accepted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play3rs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
