App identity.
This privacy policy applies to the app Passport Photo: ID & Visa Size (package name: com.play3rs.passportphoto), published on Google Play under the developer name Play3rs (contact: support@z-ax.com). Passport Photo is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government or issuing authority.
The face photo you take with your camera app or pick with the Android photo picker is processed only on your device: cropping, alignment guides, indicative checks (resolution, background, light) and creation of the files. The app never uploads your photo to our servers or to any third party. It does not use face recognition and does not extract biometric data. The app does not request the camera permission (it uses your system camera app) and only sees the photos you choose.
Exported files are saved to your gallery (album "Passport Photo") or handed to the app you pick in the Android share sheet. Temporary copies made for sharing are deleted automatically. A photo leaves your device only when you share it yourself.
Recent formats, export credits and purchase status are stored locally. If you buy the Photo Gallery, the photos you choose to keep are saved as image files in the app's private storage on this device; they are never uploaded to our servers. You can delete each photo from the gallery screen. If you have unlimited exports, you can also share a gallery photo yourself through the Android share sheet; nothing is sent unless you choose to share it. You can erase recent formats in Settings → Clear local data (this does not delete gallery photos or purchases); everything, including gallery photos, is removed when you uninstall the app. If you turned on Android backup to your Google account, Android may include this app data in your own device backup, which we cannot access. There is no account and we do not ask for your name, email address or location.
Users without a purchase see ads. Ads are never shown on the crop, preview or export screens. Subject to your consent, Google AdMob may process your advertising ID, device identifiers, ad-interaction data, diagnostics and coarse IP-based location to serve and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland a Google consent form (UMP) is shown after you first use the app and before any ad request; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options. Buyers of Lifetime Pro, earlier Pro / Remove-ads buyers and existing subscribers see no ads.
Previewing a photo costs nothing. Exporting is paid: a single photo export (the single file and the print sheet for one photo) or Lifetime Pro (unlimited exports, no ads), both one-time purchases. The optional Photo Gallery (keep your photos in the app to view them again later) is also a one-time purchase. Earlier purchases and existing weekly subscriptions stay honoured. Payments are processed by Google Play, which handles the related purchase data; we never receive your payment details. The purchase token is used on your device to verify what you own.
If you installed the app from a creator link, the app sends install and purchase events to our attribution service IST7, linked to a random installation identifier generated by the app (not your advertising ID), together with the creator code from the Google Play install referrer and, for a purchase, the product and purchase token (never an amount, your name, email or location). You can turn this measurement off in the app settings; turning it off erases the identifier.
The Google ads and billing SDKs may collect crash and performance data.
We do not sell personal data, do not build profiles and do not store your photos on any server.
Children. For users 13+, not directed to children under 13.

Data retention / Conservation des données. Data stored on your device is kept while the app is installed and permanently deleted when you uninstall it. Your photos are never transmitted to our servers; the advertising, billing and attribution services above process technical data as described. / Les données stockées sur votre appareil sont conservées pendant l'installation et définitivement supprimées à la désinstallation.
