These Terms of Use govern your use of the Expense Tracker mobile application ("the App") provided by Play3rs ("we", "us").
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the terms of service of the app store you downloaded it from.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Any content you create with the App is your responsibility.
The App can be downloaded and used without payment: unlimited expenses, full activity history with search and filters, a monthly budget, this month and last month insights, and CSV export month by month. This version shows ads. Pro adds category budgets, advanced insights, full CSV and JSON export, local backup and restore, custom categories and themes, and removes ads. It is offered as:
• an annual subscription that starts with a 7-day trial for eligible accounts, without ads during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the annual price shown in the App and in Google Play is charged, and the subscription renews each year until you cancel. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Google Play subscription settings; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period;
• a one-time lifetime purchase, with no subscription.
Prices are shown in the App by Google Play, in your currency, before you confirm. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. The weekly subscription is no longer offered: if you already subscribe, it keeps working until you cancel it. Purchases made earlier ("Pro" / "Remove ads") stay active permanently.
The App records the amounts you enter. It does not connect to banks, move money or give financial advice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play3rs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
