App identity.
This privacy policy applies to the Expense Tracker app (package name: com.play3rs.expensetracker), published on Google Play under the developer name Play3rs (contact: support@z-ax.com).
Expense Tracker works without an account and without connecting to a bank. We do not ask for your name, email address or location. The expenses, categories, notes and budgets you record are stored on your device; the app does not upload them. They leave your device only if you export or share a file yourself (CSV, JSON or backup, through the Android share sheet), and they are deleted when you uninstall the app or use "Delete all expenses". Restoring a backup uses the system file picker; the app needs no storage permission.
Without Pro, the app shows ads. The consent form and the first ad request come only after onboarding and your first saved expense. Subject to your consent, Google's ad services may process your advertising ID, device identifiers, app interaction data, diagnostics and coarse IP-based location to serve and measure ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland a Google consent form (UMP) is shown before any ad is requested; you can change your choice in Settings → Privacy choices. Your expense details are never shared with advertisers. Pro users (annual plan, including its trial, or lifetime) and earlier buyers use the app without ads.
Pro is offered as an annual subscription with a 7-day trial or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Earlier purchases and existing weekly subscriptions stay honoured. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Google Play, which handles the related purchase data; we do not receive your payment details.
If you installed the app from a creator link, the app sends install and purchase events to our attribution service IST7, linked to a random installation identifier generated by the app (not your advertising ID), together with the creator code from the Google Play install referrer and, for a purchase, the product and purchase token (never an amount, your expenses, name, email or location). You can turn this measurement off in the app settings; turning it off erases the identifier.
Google's SDKs may collect crash and performance data.
No sale of data. We do not sell personal data and do not build profiles.
Children. For users 13+, not directed to children under 13.
Data deletion. There is no account to delete. Use "Delete all expenses" in the app, or uninstall it. See how to delete your data.
Data retention / Conservation des données. Data stored on your device is kept while the app is installed and permanently deleted when you uninstall it. Your expenses are never transmitted to our servers; the advertising, billing and attribution services above process technical data as described. / Les données stockées sur votre appareil sont conservées pendant l'installation et définitivement supprimées à la désinstallation. Vos dépenses ne sont jamais transmises à nos serveurs.
