A personal mood journal with check-ins, notes, breathing and grounding exercises, and pre-written supportive replies. It is provided for self-reflection and general wellbeing only.
Nothing in the app is medical, psychological or professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. The app is not an emergency service. If you are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.
Your journal is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (use the export feature). Uninstalling the app deletes its data.
If paid features or subscriptions are offered, they are sold through Google Play under Google Play terms; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play, and can be cancelled at any time.
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Play3rs is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data stored on your device.
