These Terms of Use govern your use of the World Clock mobile application ("the App") provided by Play3rs ("we", "us").
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the terms of service of the app store you downloaded it from.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Any content you create with the App is your responsibility.
The App can be downloaded and used without paying. Its core features (up to 8 cities, city search, time converter, meeting planner, daylight saving notices, home screen widgets) are supported by ads. Pro unlocks unlimited cities and groups, office hours per city, the list of best meeting times, adding a meeting to your calendar, sunrise and sunset times, clock dials and extra color themes, and removes ads. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing weekly subscription with a 7-day free trial (ads are still shown during the trial), as an auto-renewing monthly subscription, or as a one-time purchase.
Two other one-time purchases are available on their own: ad removal, which removes ads but does not unlock the Pro features, and a dials and themes pack, which unlocks the clock dials and extra themes only.
Prices are shown in the App and in the app store before you confirm. A subscription is charged to your app store account (at the end of the free trial where there is one) and renews automatically each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your app store subscription settings; cancelling stops future renewals and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Payments and refunds are handled by the app store under its policies.
One-time purchases made in earlier versions of the App stay active permanently.
Times, daylight saving changes and sun times are computed on your device from the time zone database bundled with the App. Governments sometimes change time zone rules at short notice: check an official source before relying on the App for something important.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Where the App provides health, fitness or financial information, it is for general guidance only and is not professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play3rs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
