These Terms of Use govern your use of the WiFi QR Code mobile application ("the App") provided by Z-AX Agency ("we", "us").
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the terms of service of the app store you downloaded it from.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Any content you create with the App is your responsibility.
The App is free to download. Pro unlocks the Pro features. Pro is sold as a one-time purchase on some app stores and as an auto-renewing subscription on others; the App always shows which one applies, and its price, before you confirm. Where the App is ad-supported, Pro also removes the ads.
The price is shown in the App and in the app store before you confirm, and is charged to your app store account. A one-time purchase is charged once and never renews. Where Pro is a subscription, it renews automatically each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current one; you can manage or cancel it at any time in your app store subscription settings, cancelling stops future renewals, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments and refunds are handled by the app store under its policies.
A one-time purchase, where it is offered, stays active permanently and needs no subscription.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The App is provided for general use and is not professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-AX Agency shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
