These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tip Calculator & Bill Split mobile application ("the App") provided by Play3rs ("we", "us").
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the terms of service of the app store you downloaded it from.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Any content you create with the App is your responsibility.
The App can be downloaded and used without paying. Its core features (tip, tax, rounding, splitting equally or by shares, tipping guide, recent history) are supported by ads. Pro unlocks splitting by item, the receipt image, the payment link, the full history with export, saved groups and extra color themes, and removes ads. Pro is offered as an auto-renewing weekly subscription with a 7-day free trial (ads are still shown during the trial), as an auto-renewing monthly subscription, or as a one-time purchase.
Two other one-time purchases are available on their own: ad removal, which removes ads but does not unlock the Pro features, and a color theme pack, which unlocks the extra themes only.
Prices are shown in the App and in the app store before you confirm. A subscription is charged to your app store account (at the end of the free trial where there is one) and renews automatically each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your app store subscription settings; cancelling stops future renewals and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Payments and refunds are handled by the app store under its policies.
One-time purchases made in earlier versions of the App stay active permanently.
The tipping guide describes general customs for reference only. Practices vary by place and over time, and a service charge may already be included in a bill.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Where the App provides health, fitness or financial information, it is for general guidance only and is not professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play3rs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
