These Terms of Use govern your use of the Mileage Tracker mobile application ("the App") provided by Play3rs ("we", "us").
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the terms of service of the app store you downloaded it from.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Any content you create with the App is your responsibility.
The App can be downloaded and its core features used without paying; that version is supported by ads. Pro unlocks the Pro features and removes ads. It is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription that starts with a 7-day trial (no ads during the trial), or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Prices are shown in the App and in Google Play before you confirm. For the yearly subscription, your Google Play account is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends; the subscription then renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Google Play subscription settings; cancelling stops future renewals and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Existing weekly subscribers and earlier Pro buyers keep their access. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.
The one-time purchases previously offered in the App ("Pro" / "Remove ads") are no longer sold. If you bought one, it stays active permanently and you do not need a subscription.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Where the App provides health, fitness or financial information, it is for general guidance only and is not professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play3rs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
