App identity.
This privacy policy applies to the app Mileage Tracker: Tax Log (also listed as Mileage Log) (package name: com.play3rs.mileagetracker), published on Google Play under the developer name Play3rs by the legal entity Play3rs (contact: support@z-ax.com).
Mileage Tracker works without an account, and we do not ask for your name or email address. No GPS tracking: the app does not request location permission; you type your trips yourself. Your trip log, vehicles and settings are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app. They leave the device only when you choose to share a PDF/CSV report or a backup file yourself.
Advertising (Google AdMob). The version without Pro shows ads. Subject to consent, AdMob may process your advertising ID, device identifiers, app-usage/ad-interaction data, and coarse IP-based location to serve/measure ads. In the EEA/UK/Switzerland a Google consent form (UMP) appears before any ad loads (Settings → Privacy options).
Purchases (Google Play Billing). Pro is offered as a yearly subscription (with a 7-day trial) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments, trials and subscriptions are processed by Google Play, which handles the related technical and purchase data; we don't receive your payment details. Pro, lifetime and trial users see no ads.
Diagnostics. The ads SDK may collect crash/performance data.
Children. For users 13+, not directed to children under 13.
Data deletion. There is no account to delete. Everything the app stores stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall it. For anything else — including advertising identifiers — see how to delete your data.
Data retention / Conservation des données. Data stored on your device (if any) is retained for the duration of the app installation and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app. No user data is transmitted to or retained on our servers; the advertising and billing services above process technical data as described. / Les données stockées sur votre appareil (le cas échéant) sont conservées pendant la durée d'installation et définitivement supprimées lors de la désinstallation.
