These Terms of Use govern your use of the Car Maintenance & Fuel Log mobile application ("the App") provided by Z-AX Agency ("we", "us").
By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Any content you create with the App is your responsibility.
The App is free to download. Core features are free and supported by ads. Pro is an auto-renewing weekly subscription that unlocks the Pro features and removes ads. It starts with a 7-day free trial; ads are still shown during the trial.
The price is shown in the App and on Google Play before you confirm, and is charged to your Google Play account at the end of the free trial. The subscription renews automatically each week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancelling stops future renewals and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Where the App provides health, fitness or financial information, it is for general guidance only and is not professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-AX Agency shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
